1. Support WVRR in its effort to acquire federal funds to rehabilitate the line and support WVRR in its purchase of the line from union Pacific, prior to finalizing the detailed operations agreement between CSR, Inc. and WVRR.

2. Make a cash contribution to Cascade Scenic Railway to help it expand its outreach and launch its capital campaign.
